  • start your day of with morning meditation (i suggest switching off everyday through your different chakras)
  • eat clean (no dairy, man-made sugar, bad fats (hydrogenated, trans-fat), preservatives, and as little carbohydrates as you can. personally, i only eat lean meat, apples, spinach, and lettuce) 
  • use a sauna if it’s available to you. this helps detox your body from heavy metals and waste. 
  • do yoga. this improves strength, weight loss, and mind set.
  • support your local famers markets and fruit stands. 
  • join or begin a mediation group.
  • go on walks through nature when you feel stressed. seeing beautiful things helps ease the mind.
  • detox foot pads. this will help rid your body of toxins and heavy metals.
  • end your day with meditation. (i suggest guided meditation. which includes hypnosis that will subconsciously help you meditate through the night.)

try doing these things for 21 days as a cleanse. doing something thoroughly for 21 days will help form a habit, and these things listed are all great habits to form. i have been doing all of these things for a long time and am very confident in them. if you have any questions feel free to leave them in my ask box!
